Ingredients
- 2 bunches kale
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. hemp oil
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
Directions
- Wash the kale and cut off any tough ends.
- Add to mixing bowl and top with pumpkin and sunflower seeds to your taste.
- Add oil, vinegar and soy sauce and toss until well mixed.
